Burgundian-style Pinot packed with flavor, texture and vibrancy, with fine ripe tannins and restrained use of French oak. The 2021 vintage of Oak Ridge was one of our favorites, but this vintage shows another side, a bit deeper, darker, and bolder in flavor without sacrificing vibrancy. We feel like it's another beautiful vintage of the wine. Suggested pairing: Thanksgiving dinner with salmon or roast turkey.
