TASTING NOTES
Nose; Black plum, floral, pink peppercorn, and spice on the nose. Fermented black tea leaves. Plum skins, dank earth.
Palate; Tart raspberry, black cherry pits, and pink peppercorn with a high-pitched backbone of black slate.
ASPECT/ALTITUDE/CLIMATE/SOIL
South facing at 1050-1140 feet. Harvard-Burke/Scoon silt loam soil, with calcium carbonate sub-soil.
