2022 Cabernet Franc "Pétillant Naturel", Red Willow

We love Cab Francs in many styles, and this sparkling version is one of our favorites. Bottled during the 2022 harvest and left to sit with the lees (yeast sediment) for two years before being disgorged this month. That two years on the yeast is key to flavor development. It's crisp and rich with notes of pepper, brioche, and fine bubbles.
